1. My reported type is ESFJ.
2. Some of my preferences, according to the report, that best describe my personality type are sympathy, friendship, tact, orderly and I expect the same from others.
3. Occupations that I would like to explore are: registered nurse, elementary school teacher, financial manager, medical and health service manager, education administrator, financial analyst, special education teacher, and real estate sales agent.
4. The occupations that I have selected fit with the preferences listed in that they all require some level of sympathy, friendship, tact and order.

2. My five Basic Interest Scales are:
Social- people, environment
Conventional- task interest, vocational
Enterprising- vocational

3. The occupations from the scales that I might be interested in researching are: healthcare services, counseling and helping, teaching and education, taxes and accounting.
4. Personal Style Scales
a. “Work Style” rating suggests that I need to work with others and that I enjoy helping others which directly correlates with the occupations listed in number
b. “Learning Environment” rating shows that I am a “hands on learner”. With the occupations from question 3 are all positions that require some degree of hands on training.
c. “Leadership Style” rating and the occupations from number 3 fit together because I can take charge and motivate others but at the same time I prefer to just do the job rather than directing others.
d. “Risk Taking/Adventure” rating fits with the occupations because all of the positions require collaborating on a team to solve problems.
Additional Occupations
1. Other occupations that were not on the list that I would like to look into are counseling (academic, marriage, family and child), home health care, and personal financial advisor.

Skills Reflection Paper
1A: While working as a Realtor I negotiated purchase contracts.
1B: I can confidently negotiate real estate purchase contacts.
2A: In anything I do I work best when I am organized, which includes my work space and work.
2B: I organized a productive Christmas clothing drive for a village in Mexico.
3A: I am required to prioritize on a daily basis with my family obligations. However, in when working in phlebotomy I had to prioritize to ensure that the emergent labs were done first but that the other work was done in a timely manner as well.
3B: I efficiently prioritized phlebotomy tasks in a surgery stat lab.
4A: When given a problem with a real estate contract I quickly sit down and evaluate all of my options to present to the client to alleviate the problem. I excel at problem solving.
4B: I am resourceful when problem solving for purchase contracts.
5A: I am able to quickly understand my surroundings and clearly communicate whether it is at home, the hospital, or for real estate.
5B: I am able to adapt to situations to clearly communicate.
6A: In real estate my clients often ask my opinion on home inspectors, lenders, the home that they are looking at, etc. I am good at advising and able to give an honest and unbiased opinion.
6B: When advising for real estate I give realistic and practical advice.
7A: People often open up to me especially when I took care of them at the hospital. I would be sure to take the extra time to truly listen to them.

8A: Real estate deals with peoples’ biggest investment of their lives and some of their biggest emotions as well. I do well handling my clients in calming them down and getting them to take a step back in emotional situations.
8B: When handling people, that are buying or selling a home, I am sensitive to their needs.
